Last updated: [date to be confirmed at launch]

These Terms of Use govern your use of thefleetmethod.com (the “Website”) and its client portal, operated by The Fleet Method [legal entity name to be confirmed]. By using the Website, you agree to these terms.

Information only

Content on the Website, including Resources & Insights, is general information about fleet operations. It is not professional, legal, safety or regulatory advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a consulting relationship. Consulting services are provided only under a separate written agreement and statement of work.

Client portal

Access to the client portal is by invitation and is personal to you. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization. Approving a proposal in the portal by typing your name and clicking Approve records your acceptance of that proposal; the detailed terms of any engagement are set out in the consulting agreement and statement of work you sign separately. Invoices are payable by the due date shown; online payments are processed by our payment provider under its terms.

No guarantees

We aim to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee particular results, and we are not responsible for the performance of third-party vendors, systems or service providers.

Intellectual property

The Website’s content, design and branding belong to The Fleet Method or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business use with attribution, but you may not copy, republish or sell the content without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply endorsement.

Third-party links and services

The Website links to and uses third-party services, such as industry publications, our scheduling provider and our payment provider. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the Website: for example, by sending spam through our forms, uploading harmful files to the client portal, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fleet Method is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [state to be confirmed], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
