Jessica brings over a decade of fleet operations leadership experience, including oversight of large-scale commercial vehicle fleets, Class 1–8 equipment, and complex fleet maintenance operations across multiple organizations.
Before founding The Fleet Method, Jessica owned and operated a fleet services business. That firsthand experience of managing technicians, vendors, costs and customer commitments shapes a practical, operations-first approach to every engagement.
Today she works directly with commercial fleet operators to assess what is really happening in their maintenance and shop operations, recommend realistic improvements, and help put them into practice. When needed, she also steps in to manage.
