Is the first consultation free?

Yes. The introductory consultation is a complimentary 30-minute conversation to understand your operation and whether we are a good fit. It is an introduction, not a free audit.

Do you work with fleets outside your area?

Yes. Services are delivered nationwide on a remote-first basis. On-site work is available by arrangement, with scope and travel expenses specified in each proposal.

What types of fleets do you work with?

Our primary focus is commercial Class 3–8 fleets, with an emphasis on medium- and heavy-duty operations. Other fleet sizes are considered when the fit is right.

Do you publish pricing?

Engagements are individually scoped and quoted. Each proposal sets out the deliverables, consulting labor, any on-site time and travel expenses before work begins.

Are you a repair shop or maintenance vendor?

No. The Fleet Method is a founder-led consulting and management business, not a repair shop, trucking carrier or software provider. We work alongside your team and your vendors.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

Your enquiry goes directly to The Fleet Method. We will reply by email to arrange next steps, which is usually a complimentary consultation.
